Accurate AND Cheap
I wish I had known about these sooner! I have been TTC for a year and have
purchased expensive tests at the drug store the entire time. But after
suffering a miscarriage and knowing that I would start testing again, I found
these! I received them right after my miscarriage and used them to check my
beta levels to make sure they were dropping properly. I would rate these tests
as extremely sensitive! I took a test after having my blood taken by the
doctor and doing a urine test at the doctor's office. My HCG level was around
20 and the urine test at the doctor's office came up negative. But this test
came up as a positive! It wasn't until my levels were below 20 did this test
read negative! That's amazing. So I will be using them as we try again and
will feel confident that they will give me a early result. Great product!
The only trick with these is that they are not mid-stream tests. They are
simply little test strips (they are the size of dipsticks that you test your
urine with at the doctor's office for various things). So you must pee into a
cup (I used the tiny throw-away bathroom sized "Solo" cups) and dip the stick
up to a line that is marked on the strip. I saw results within minutes. Each
strip is individually wrapped.

drugstore again!
These are more sensitive and WAY cheaper than the kind you buy at the
store... and at about 1.00 a test why not??? most store brands measure
hormones at 50 while these measure 20!! the most sensitive you can get! you
can start testing way before your period is due... i belive 10dpo?? maybe even
8?? but dont quote me... if you are a pee on a stick addict these are for
you!

Why spend more?
These worked great for me - I started testing early (you can waste these as
they are so cheap) and the day I finally tested positive I used 5 just to be
sure (and double-checked with a more expensive model). Definitely get
these.

Never going to WalMart again! Wow!
Simple to use, cheap, and more accurate then most the tests found at
walmart.
They are so easy to use, as long as you don't mind the little bit
of mess coming with peeing in a cup.
I happen to be trying to conceive, and
I bought 50 of these strips for less then [...]. Now, buying 50 tests
elsewhere at the LEAST around here, will cost you [...] PLUS tax. So, this is
a real good deal! That, and they are more sensitive then the majority of other
brands.
Love this product. I recommend this to ANYONE who is wastes money
on those ept 3 packs that cost so much. This is the real deal, and I have used
10 so far and haven't had an issue with any of them. I let my friend, whom is
prego, pee on one, and it read that she was. And then I took one, and it was
negative and I am not prego yet. Then I let my friend who didn't know she was
prego pee on it, and it was positive and she went to the doctor the next day,
and found out she was only 2 weeks! (The hospital's test didn't even register
the hormone, they had to do blood work after she insisted.) So yes. This
product is amazing and it works!

Great Bargain!
I've used these a few times when I suspected I might be pregnant and the
results were negative. It's a fantastic bargain if they work and I have no
complaints yet.
8/22/09 Update: I used these for a few days before my period was due and
each time it was negative. The day it was due, I took another one and was
about it throw it away but thought I saw a faint line. I took a pregnancy test
at a local WIC and it was negative so I thought I was imagining things. But
the next day I took another to be sure and it was the tiniest bit darker. So I
went and bought a test that says, "Pregnant or Not Pregnant." (I love those
tests. They're so no nonsense.) I was pregnant. I guess I can't complain too
much about the test strips but I am used to pregnancy tests telling me a day
or two before hand that I am definitely pregnant. I didn't like the
uncertainty of it. But I will use them again. They're so cheap and if I don't
have the money for a store pregnancy test, I know they will
work....eventually.

cheap early-detection tests
In my original review of this product I gave it 3 stars because the
instruction that came with it said that I can start testing one day after my
missed period. So I was wondering why people in reviews referred to these
tests as early-detection tests. After testing this product now I'm giving it
100 stars. I tested 9 days after ovulation and it came positive. The line was
strong, pink, very noticeable. So I think, if I tested it two days earlier, it
would come positive at that time (not so strong and noticeable line as two
days after, but who cares). I didn't even used first morning sample as
instruction said.
The same day I also tested with tests from
early-pregnancy-[...] which claims its tests detect pregnancy as early as 6-8
days. I used first morning sample. The line was very very very weak, almost
invisible. So 25-test pack is definitely better and cheaper. I guess they put
"test one day after missed period" in the instruction just to be on the safe
side.
Original review:
I don't know why people in reviews say that these tests
can detect hormone at 20. Instruction that came with them said that I can
start testing one day after my missed period. I used to buy tests made in
Canada and distributed by early-pregnancy-[...], they could detect at 20 as
early as 7-9 days after ovulation day. 3 stars for being cheap, though.

Accurate and affordable
They work great and are just as accurate as the expensive brand-name early
tests. Their level of sensitivity is down to 20mIU hCG, so you know you'll be
able to test much sooner than usual and get results. It's fun to test once a
day and see how the second "you're pregnant" line gets darker with time --
especially since they're so cheap!

Simple and Efficient! <3
I bought these in the beginning of May because my husband and I were trying
to have a second child and I am a compulsive tester, especially since until
recently, my husband was in basic training and Airborne training (Army), which
made this a little difficult. (I only got to see him for a couple of days in
April, May and June) :) A few days ago on the 9th of July, I came home with my
daughter from visiting my mother. I don't know what it was, but I decided to
go ahead and use one of these tests. (I think I probably had about 6 or 7
left). I was impatient and probably sat there for about a minute and a half
before I tossed the test on top of the trash and decided to lay down for a 2
hour nap with my daughter. When we woke up, I had the urge to pee real bad, so
I headed to the bathroom. Now, everytime I've taken one of these tests, I
always end up checking it again a few hours later because, like I said, I can
be compulsive about these things haha and I know they usually say you can't
read results 10 minutes after because they're invalid, but I can't help it. So
as usual, I picked up the test and gave it a glance and noticed a faint line a
bit below the control line. I thought my eyes were playing tricks, so I went
ahead and did another test, but this time, I was more patient and sure enough,
I got another faint line! I even wasted money buying two digital and two other
tests so that I could compare how accurate these tests were. Two pregnancy
tests gave me a second line (positive) and both digitals read "pregnant". I'm
unsure how far along I am, so I can't say yet how early it detected my
pregnancy. I have an upcoming appointment on the 21st to confirm pregnancy and
will update my review when I have a better idea.
All in all, I'd say if you don't have to waste money at the drugstore, then
don't! These work JUST as well and the price is much better. :) I'd definitely
recommend this to women trying to conceive, and especially women who are
compulsive testers! I also have added a customer image of one of my positive
tests for anyone who may not be exactly sure what to look for. :)
UPDATE: Turns out I was about 4 weeks pregnant when I got my positive
results using this test. Good luck to the rest of you Mama hopefuls out there!
:)

Ultra Sensitive Test!
These tests are great. I just tested 10 days after ovulation, about 4 days
before my period was due and got a very faint line. I'm high risk when
pregnant so I called the doctor and had a blood test done which confirmed my
HCG levels were at 10. This test picked up an HCG level of 10. Unbelieveable!
Definitely recommend these tests and the ovulation tests that the company
sells.

Why pay more?
The decision whether to buy these pregnancy tests really should be a no
brainer. You have to pay twice as much to get one pregnancy test at the
drugstore as you do for these 25 and they definitely work. I took one test as
soon as I got it (one day before my period was due) and it was negative. The
next day, I started my period. The next cycle, I started taking tests way
early (why not? I had 25, well now 24 of them). I got several days of
negatives. Two days before my period was due, I got the faintest of pink
lines. At this point I still had almost 20 pregnancy tests left. Not wanting
to waste them, I used them all over the next three days (the line was very
faint after all and I wanted to make sure it was accurate). Every single one
come out positive and the line got a little darker each day. You do have to
pee in a cup to use these because the test is just a tiny little stick that
you have to dip in the cup, but this didn't bother me at all. Pee on a stick,
pee in a cup, what's the difference? Either way you have to put your hand near
and handle your urine in some way. You'll have to pee in a cup all the time
when you start going to the OB anyway, so you can think of it as good
practice. Bottom line, don't waste your money on the drug store tests. Save
the environment (these tests have much less packaging) and your wallet by
buying these instead.
